Returns & Refunds
We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in its original packaging, with proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned without contacting us first will not be accepted.
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 10 days of receiving it if the item is defective, damaged, incorrect, has a quality issue, or is not functioning properly, so we can review the case and provide a solution.
For any quality-related issue, defect, or functionality problem, we may require clear photo and video evidence showing the issue before approving any return, refund, replacement, or further support. If sufficient proof is not provided, we reserve the right to reject the claim.
We are not responsible for issues caused by misuse, improper handling, incorrect installation, unauthorized modifications, or damage caused after delivery.
We are also not responsible for any vehicle system errors, fault codes, warning lights, coding issues, or other malfunctions that occur during or after installation, especially where these are caused by improper installation, third-party fitting errors, or pre-existing vehicle faults.
If merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification, unless the item is custom-made or personalized, in which case the exemption below applies where permitted by law. To be eligible for a standard return, the item must be unused, in original condition, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Custom-Made and Personalized Orders
For custom-made, built-to-order, or personalized products, if a cancellation, return, or refund is requested after production has started, only 40% of the total order value will be refunded. The remaining 60% is non-refundable because it covers production costs, materials, labor, and manufacturing allocation already committed to the order.
This policy applies both before delivery and after the order has been received, since the item was produced specifically for the customer and cannot be resold as a standard stock item.
If the order has not yet entered production, a full refund may be issued, subject to confirmation from our team.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be sent to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process and post the refund.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved and you have not received it, please contact us at info@europacustoms.com.
By placing an order, the customer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted this Returns & Refunds Policy.
What Is Considered a Custom Order?
A custom-made or personalized order includes any product that is made, modified, or prepared specifically for the customer based on their selected options or requested specifications.
This includes:
- custom stitching colors
- custom material selections such as leather, Alcantara, carbon fiber, or forged carbon
- custom center markers
- custom badge or logo changes
- LED display additions or special electronic features
- airbag cover customization
- paddle shifter customization
- heated steering wheel options
- any design built to the customer’s requested configuration
- any product made to order and not kept as standard ready stock
Once a custom order enters production, it is considered personalized and non-standard, and the custom order refund terms will apply.
