Multifunction Buttons

› Many Porsche vehicles were originally equipped with steering wheels without multifunction buttons.

› If multifunction buttons are selected, the steering wheel will arrive with the buttons installed and prepared for installation.

› If your original steering wheel does not have multifunction buttons, additional coding, wiring, or retrofit work may be required for the new buttons to function.

› The button layout may differ from the product photos or your original steering wheel. Depending on compatibility, the original functions can still be retained with a different button layout, or we can match your original configuration.

› We contact every customer after purchase to confirm the original steering wheel and button configuration before dispatch.

› If your original Porsche steering wheel is equipped with a Drive Mode Selector Switch (Sport Chrono), the original switch must be transferred to the new steering wheel.

› The Drive Mode Selector Switch is not included with the new steering wheel unless explicitly confirmed.

› When transferred correctly to the steering wheel, the original drive mode functions can be retained.

› If your vehicle was not originally equipped with this function, additional parts, wiring, coding, or retrofit work may be required.

› Heating: optional where compatible.

› ACC / Adaptive Cruise Control: optional where compatible.

These functions are supported only if your vehicle originally has them or has been correctly retrofitted. If your original steering wheel does not have these functions, extra wiring, coding, modules, or retrofit work may be required.

› Some steering wheels include LED display, some do not.

› LED functions may show RPM, speed, shift lights, boost, voltage, oil temperature, coolant temperature, and selectable colors.

› LED data depends on the vehicle and OBD compatibility.

After every order, we confirm your car model, year, current steering wheel photo, airbag type, and original functions before production or dispatch.

› Professional installation is recommended.

› We are not responsible for wiring mistakes, airbag errors, coding issues, warning lights, or damage caused by incorrect installation.

› If extra R8-style buttons are added to a car that did not originally have those functions, the steering wheel should not be considered fully plug & play for those added functions. Extra installation work may be required.

› Steering wheel base included.

› Paddle shifters included if selected.

› Multifunction buttons included if selected.

› Airbag included if selected.

› OBD module included with LED steering wheels.
