For Steering Wheels With LED Performance Display

Some steering wheel versions include an integrated LED performance display. This applies only when the LED display is shown in the product photos.

LED display functions include:

  • RPM with shift light indicators
  • Digital speed in KM/H and MPH
  • 0–100 KPH / 0–62 MPH performance timer
  • Turbo boost reading
  • Battery voltage
  • Oil temperature
  • Coolant temperature
  • Selectable LED display colors
The LED display connects through a wireless OBD module and is controlled using discreet buttons on the steering wheel.
For Steering Wheels With M1 / M2 Buttons

Some steering wheel versions include M1 / M2 buttons. This applies only when the buttons are shown in the product photos.

  • For BMW M models with original M1 / M2 buttons, the original function may be retained when configured correctly.
  • For BMW models without original M1 / M2 functions, an additional M1 / M2 module may be required for the buttons to operate.
  • If M1 / M2 buttons are included, we will confirm the correct setup before production or dispatch.
Customers can check the product photos to see whether the steering wheel version includes M1 / M2 buttons.

Plug & Play Information

This steering wheel is prepared as a plug & play upgrade when ordered with the correct components for your vehicle.

Original functions such as multifunction buttons, paddle shifters, heating, ACC, and vibration are prepared to work with your vehicle’s existing system where compatible.

If your original vehicle does not have a specific function, that function may not work unless the vehicle has been correctly retrofitted.
Before Production or Dispatch

Before production or dispatch, we may request:

  • BMW model
  • Year
  • Clear front photo of your current steering wheel
  • Original functions such as heating, ACC, vibration, paddle shifters, and button type
This allows us to confirm the correct version and prepare the steering wheel according to your vehicle.
Installation

Professional installation is recommended.

Steering wheel and airbag-related installation should be carried out carefully by a qualified person to ensure correct fitment and function.

Important Notice

Buttons may vary depending on your vehicle model and original steering wheel functions. Product photos are used for reference only. The steering wheel will be prepared based on your original steering wheel functions, unless a specific setup is requested before production.

Please make sure your vehicle details are correct before ordering. We contact every customer after purchase to confirm compatibility and original steering wheel functions.

Paddle shifters, multifunction buttons, and airbag module are optional and are included only when selected or shown in the product configuration.

Airbag cover is included with the steering wheel.
